With some of our scanners we can reproduce the sound on films while the RetroScan machines scan any type of silent film regardless of torn sprocket holes. Don't worry about confusing pricing options. Once your film is received, a cleaning and lubrication is completed in preparation for the next step. CONVERT VHS CASSETTE TAPES TO MP4s
AV Conversion Services can turn your VHS, Hi 8, Camcorder, VHS-C and Mini DV video tapes into excellent quality MP4 files. These compatible MP4 files can be played or edited on most MAC and PC computers. Also, they can be imported with current software programs. This common day digital file type can be uploaded to video sharing sites or even to smart TVs for immediate viewing.

CONVERT LPs, CDs or CASSETTE TAPES TO MP3
AV Conversion Services can transfer your audio cassette tapes or vinyl records to an mp3 file format or CD disc, enhancing and preserving the sound. The audio of the tape will be corrected while the shift to mp3 or CD takes place. By improving the sound of the audio, the background noise is reduced. With a digitized cassette, noise filters are applied to take away any unwanted background sounds. The vocal levels of the cassette tape are raised to allow a balancing of the audio level on the digital file format.
AV Conversion Services can make a CD from your mini cassette tapes for them to last longer. Audio recording is upgraded while the mini cassette is digitized to a CD disc. With extra noise filters added after digitization, humming, crackling and hissing sounds are removed. It's possible to convert your special LPs or vinyl records to CDs too. AV Conversion Services can transfer reel-to-reel audio tapes to CDs. Your reel-to-reel tapes will improve their sound when converted to CDs. By optimizing the audio levels it reduces the noise which this audio type seems to have. Once the digitization occurs, the noise reduction filters are added. The tapes are put through the noise filters to reduce any humming or hissing. Then the volume level can be balanced.
