AV Conversion Services can transfer 8mm film, Super 8 or 16 mm film to DVD, Bluray or a digital file for editing. We use the newest scanning technology for film transfers at our own location. Our HD film scanners can reproduce sound but our newest RetroScan machines can scan silent film no matter the condition of its sprockets. Over time film colors change, so with our in-house transfer Film Transfer, we will make corrections in the contrast and brightness. Your new digital film will be analyzed for balance in color. Because the newest commercial machines are used at AV Conversion Services, we can determine where the film weaknesses are. On receiving your film, a technician will clean and apply an anti-static solvent to lubricate your film. Inspection of the film for faulty splicing and other damage prepares the film for scanning. Since we scan frame by frame we produce a transfer that is sharp and clear with no flickering segments.

CONVERT VHS TAPES TO MP4
AV Conversion Services can digitize your VHS, Hi 8, Nini DV, Camcorder and VHS-c video tapes to premium quality MP4 files. The conforming MP4 files can be played or edited on almost all computers. Plus – they can be imported with today's software programs. This digital file type can be transferred to video sharing sites or even to smart TVs for immediate viewing.
When we receive your Camcorder, VHS, Hi 8, and Mini DV videos, we want to assemble specific info to finish the project to your specifications. Each video tape is then numbered and digitalized into an MP4 format. Whenever the order is finished, we'll ship your files on a USB Flash Drive or Hard Drive. Then you can insert the drive into you computer, press play and enjoy.

CONVERT RECORDS, CDs or CASSETTE TAPES TO MP3
At AV Conversion Services we can convert your audio cassettes and vinyl records to an mp3, CD disc, or WAV file, preserving and restoring their sound. The recording of sound on the cassette will get better when transferred to CD ormp3. When the sound of the audio is improved, the other noises are diminished. When the cassette has been digitized, filters are aprovided to take away crackling and hissing sounds. The vocal levels of the cassette tape are raised to allow a balancing of the audio level on the CD, mp3 or other file format.
AV Conversion Services will move your reel-to-reel audio tapes to be first class CDs. Your reel-to-reel tapes will improve their sound when converted to CDs. When optimizing the audio levels, it reduces the other noises that are present. Once the digitization occurs, the noise reduction filters are added. These filters remove any hissing and humming that might be heard. Then the vocal level can be raised and balanced.
AV Conversion Services can digitize and convert your mini cassette tapes to CDs. While the tape is being transferred to CD, the audio sound is enhanced. With extra noise filters added after digitization, humming, crackling and hissing sounds are removed. You may even want favorite vinyl records or LPs to be converted to CD discs. Extending the life of your cassettes and records by converting them to CDs will add years to your enjoyment.

CONVERT VHS TO DVD
AV Conversion Services can protect your precious memories. We do video and VHS transfer to DVD. VHS and video tape quality degrades rapidly over time and use. Eventually your videos might lose color, or sound, which would show a decline in quality. Transfer your VHS and camcorder video tapes to DVD with us, before they show their wear and it's too late. Although DVDs last a long time, they can be scratched or broken, so it's recommended you have a backup created.
When you digitize your VHS and other tapes to DVDs, your videos will stay in good condition for a long time. We prefer to use the DVD-R standard for your DVDs since it is the most recordable and compatible. Exceptional DVD-R discs are selected and used to maintain the absolute best compatibility and reliability. We apply a full color label directly on your disc for your convenience.
A varied list of video types could be copied to DVDs besides iPhone and iPad videos. One hour per disc produces the best quality of product but longer than two hours is not recommended.
