CONVERT VHS CASSETTES TO MP4s
AV Conversion Services can turn your VHS, Hi 8, Camcorder, VHS-C and Mini DV video tapes into excellent quality MP4 files. These adaptable MP4 files can be played or edited on most MAC or PC computers. These files can also be imported using many current software programs. This common day digital file type can be uploaded to video sharing sites or even to smart TVs for immediate viewing.
Once we receive your VHS, Camcorder and Hi 8 videos, we'll want to accumulate data to deliver the job to your specs. We'd tag each tape with a number then digitalize it into an MP4 file. Once complete, we send your files to you on a USB Flash Drive or Hard Drive with the originals. Once you've received them, the drive can be put into your computer and viewed.

CONVERT RECORDS, CDs or TAPES TO MP3
At AV Conversion Services we can convert your audio cassettes and vinyl records to an mp3, CD disc, or WAV file, preserving and restoring their sound. The audio of the tape will be corrected while the shift to mp3 or CD takes place. By improving the sound of the audio, the background noise is reduced. Once the cassette is digitized, noise filters are used to remove hissing and crackling sounds. The vocal levels of the cassette tape are raised to balance out the audio level on the digitized file format – whether CD, mp3 or WAV.
AV Conversion Services can make a CD from your preceious mini cassette tapes. Audio is improved while the tape is being digitized to a CD. Once digitization is complete, extra noise filters remove other hissing or crackling sounds. We will also transfer your special vinyl records or LPs to CDs if you wish. By converting your tapes, and records to digitized CDs you restore the sound and increase your enjoyment.
AV Conversion Services will convert your reel-to-reel audio tapes to CD, giving them new life. Your audio recordings will be enhanced during their change to digitized CDs. When optimizing the audio levels, it reduces the other noises that are present. After digitization, noise reduction filters can be applied. The noise filters minimize any hissing or humming on the tape. The vocal level can then be raised to achieve a balance on audio.

AV Conversion Services will transfer your prized VHS, mini DV and other types of video tapes to a DVD format. VHS, Hi8 and video tape quality degrades rapidly over time and use. Your tapes may become sticky, lose color and lose sound, which shows a weakening of quality. Transfer your favorite video, VHS and other tapes to DVDs before they show signs of decline. We always suggest that you have a back up made, in case of loss, or other incidence.

At AV Conversion Services, we use the newest technology which allows us to define frames, correct color and detect any imperfections. Once your film is received, a cleaning and lubrication is completed in preparation for the next step. Probing for any damaged sections of your 8mm or 16mm film, repairs are then made where necessary. Scanning frame by frame creates a film that's crystal clear and sharp with no flickering.
Almost all film color will change over time. With our in-house transfer process, we'll correct any deviations in brightness or contrast. Analysis of color scene by scene is the next process. Some free services we include are free background music of your choice and some free titles. The films you've transferred to HD DVDs will provide you with wonderful scenes of the past.
