AV Conversion Services will take your audio tapes, reel to reel audio and records and convert them to a CD disc, mp3 or other digital file. By converting the tape or record to a CD or mp3, the audio can be improved as well. The background noise will diminish as the audio of the cassette is improved. When digitized, the noise filters applied will reduce any humming or crackling still being heard. Level optimization is used to boost the vocals in order to balance the complete audio level of the new CD, mp3 or other file format.
AV Conversion Services will shift your audio tapes from being reel-to-reel to be digitized CDs. Your reel-to-reel tapes will improve their sound when converted to CDs. By optimizing the audio levels, reduction of noise is possible with reel-to-reel systems. After digitization, noise reduction filters can be applied. Our film transfers are done in-house with the latest modern scanning machines. With some of our scanners we can reproduce the sound on films while other scanning machines we have do silent films, whether sprocket holes are in tact or not. Almost all film color will change over time. With our in-house transfer process, corrections are made on the film contrast and brightness. Your new digital film will be analyzed for balance in color. Extras we provide for free are some titles and free lubrication. The films you've transferred to HD DVDs will provide you with wonderful scenes of the past.
Because the newest commercial machines are used at AV Conversion Services, we can determine where the film weaknesses are. Once your film is received, a cleaning and lubrication is completed in preparation for the next step. Inspection of the film for faulty splicing and other damage prepares the film for scanning. Scanning frame by frame creates a film that is sharp and clear with no flickering segments.

AV Conversion Services can transform your VHS, Hi 8, Camcorder, VHS-C and Mini DV video tapes to top notch qualityMP4 files. These adaptable MP4 files can be played or edited on most MAC or PC computers. Using current software programs, they can be imported to most devices.
