Commercial scanning machines (our own) used in-house are applied to all film transfer jobs. Some of the scanners we use can reproduce sound while, our RetroScan universals can scan other types of silent film even if there are worn sprocket holes. The skill of our technicians and exclusive machines combine to restore and digitize your 8mm, Super 8 and 16mm films. Once your film is received, a cleaning and lubrication is completed in preparation for the next step. Inspection of the film for faulty splicing and other damage prepares the film for scanning. Scanning your film frame by frame allows a film transfer without flickers and as clear as possible.
With time, colors on a film will decline. With our in-house transfer Film Transfer, your film will benefit from correction in contrast and brightness. Your new digital film will be analyzed for balance in color. Other benefits include free film leaders if needed and some free titles. CONVERT VHS CASSETTES TO MP4
AV Conversion Services can turn your VHS, Hi 8, Camcorder, VHS-C and Mini DV video tapes into excellent quality MP4 files. These adaptable MP4 files can be played or edited on most MAC or PC computers. Also, they can be imported with current software programs. This common day digital file type can be uploaded to AV sharing sites or even to smart TVs for immediate viewing.
We use the latest high tech commercial equipment to convert videos to MP4 files. Video corrections are made to wavy lines, color and light anomalies when applying our various decks and machines to create a great MP4 file. Furthermore, we transfer the videos to our computers to check the levels and apply noise reduction to further improve your videos making them great for generations.
After accepting your VHS, VHS-C, Camcorder and Hi 8 videos, we need to collect information to complete the order to your expectations. Each video tape is then numbered and digitalized into an MP4 file. When it's complete, we ship your files on a USB Flash Drive or Hard Drive, along with your originals. CONVERT RECORDS, CDs or CASSETTE TAPES TO MP3
At AV Conversion Services we can convert your audio tapes and records to a CD disc, mp3 or other file format, preserving and restoring the sound. The recording of sound on the cassette will get better when transferred to CD ormp3. Once the sound level is improved, the other noises would be lessened. When the cassette has been digitized, filters are aprovided to take away crackling and hissing sounds. The vocal levels of the cassette are elevated to permit a balancing of the audio level on the digitized file format.

Once digitization is complete, extra noise filters remove other hissing or crackling sounds. Your favorite LPs can be transferred to CDs as well as vinyl records. AV Conversion Services can convert your reel-to-reel audio tapes to CDs, revitalizing their sound. The audio of your reel-to-reel tapes will restored during the change over to CD. By optimizing the audio levels it reduces the noise which this audio type seems to have. Once the digitization occurs, the noise reduction filters are added. Since noise filters are used, there is less humming and hissing sounds. The volume level can then be balanced.
