AV Conversion Services can transfer 8mm film, Super 8 or 16 mm film to DVD, Bluray or a digital file for editing. We use the newest scanning technology for film transfers at our own location. Certain scanners are able to reproduce sound bites of the films while the RetroScan machines scan any type of silent film regardless of torn sprocket holes. Almost all film color will change over time. With our in-house transfer process, your film will benefit from correction in contrast and brightness. By adjusting brightness and contrast, clarity will emerge in your film. Extras we provide for free are some titles and free lubrication. As a result, your film will last for many years to be enjoyed on DVDs.

Our digital vector scope and other high quality machines enable us to improve and restore your 8mm, 16 mm and Super 8 films. On receiving your film, a technician will clean and apply an anti-static solvent to lubricate your film. The film is inspected and repairs are made to damaged sections or faulty splicing. Using frame by frame scanning produces a transfer that is flicker free and clear from edge to edge.

CONVERT VHS CASSETTES TO MP4s

AV Conversion Services will transform your Camcorder, VHS, VHS-C, Hi 8 and Mini DV video tapes into the finest quality MP4 files. These compatible MP4 files can be played or edited on most MAC and PC computers. They can also be imported using most current software programs. This common day digital file type can be uploaded to video sharing sites or even to smart TVs for instant viewing.

When we receive your Camcorder, VHS, Hi 8, and Mini DV videos, we want to compile information to complete the project as you expect. We'd mark each tape with a number then convert it into a digitized file. We'll ship the MP4 files to you on a USB Flash Drive or Hard Drive once the order is completed. Then you can plug the drive into your computer and enjoy them again.

We use the latest high tech commercial equipment to convert videos to MP4 files. When correcting and stabilizing both color and light on your video it brings out fine details, by applying our various decks and machines to create a great MP4 file. CONVERT LPs, CDs or CASSETTES TO MP3

At AV Conversion Services we can convert your audio tapes and records to a CD disc, mp3 or other file format, preserving and restoring the sound. With the conversion to CD or mp3, the audio will be greatly improved compared to your cassette or record. When the audio sound is improved, the other noises in the background are decreased. With a digitized cassette, noise filters are applied to take away any unwanted background sounds. The vocal levels of the recording are increased so that it balances the audio level on the improved digitized file format.

AV Conversion Services can transfer reel-to-reel audio tapes to CDs. Your reel-to-reel tapes will improve their sound when converted to CDs. The audio will be optimized, thereby reducing the noise usually present. Once the digitization occurs, the noise reduction filters are added. With the use of the noise filters, humming and crackling sounds are diminished. The volume level can then be balanced.

AV Conversion Services will convert your favorite mini cassette tapes to CDs so they'll last much longer. The tape would be digitized when converted to a CD while enhancing the audio recording. After digitization, noise filters are applied to remove any extra noises like hissing and humming. We will also transfer your special vinyl records or LPs to CDs if you wish. CONVERT VHS TO DVD

AV Conversion Services will convert your special VHS, camcorder or Hi8 video tapes to DVD. The elements of VHS tapes and other tapes will decline rapidly with usage and time. Some differences you'd notice, could be in color, sound and texture of the tapes, indicating degradation of the videos. Transfer your VHS and camcorder video tapes to DVD with us, before they show their wear and it's too late. Although DVDs last a long time, they can be scratched or broken, so it's recommended you have a backup created.
