CONVERT VHS TAPES TO MP4 FILES
AV Conversion Services will transfer your VHS, Hi 8, Camcorder VHS-C and Mini DV video tapes to be top quality MP4 files. The conforming MP4 files can be played or edited on almost all computers. Plus, they can be imported with current software programs. This common day file type can be uploaded to AV sharing sites or even to smart TVs for immediate viewing.
The equipment we use to transfer VHs or Camcorder videos to MP4 files is professional, commercial quality. Corrections to your videos can be made such as wavy lines, color and lighting, by using our newest and latest equipment. After moving the videos to our computers, we examine audio levels and noise levels to increase the quality of your videos, so they'll last a long time.
Once we receive your VHS, Camcorder and Hi 8 videos, we'll want to assemble specific info to finish the project to your specifications. We number each video tape, then we digitize it into an MP4 file format. Once complete, we send your files to you on a USB Flash Drive or Hard Drive with the originals. At AV Conversion Services we can convert your audio tapes and records to a CD disc, mp3 or other file format, preserving and restoring the sound. You'll notice that the sound of the mp3 or the CD will be greatly improved over the cassette or record. By improving the sound of the audio, the background noise is reduced. When the cassette has been digitized, filters are aprovided to take away crackling and hissing sounds. Level optimization is used to raise the vocals in order to balance the entire audio level of the digital file format.

AV Conversion Services will change your audio tapes from reel-to-reel to digitized CDs. Your audio recordings will be enhanced during their change to digitized CDs. By optimizing the audio levels it reduces the noise which this audio type seems to have. First the tape is digitized, then noise filters are applied. Since noise filters are used, there is less humming and hissing sounds. The volume level can then be balanced.
