CONVERT CDs, LPs, AUDIO CASSETTE TAPES TO MP3
AV Conversion Services will take your audio tapes, reel to reel audio and records and convert them to a CD disc, mp3 or other digital file. The audio of the tape will be corrected while the shift to mp3 or CD takes place. By improving the level of the recording, the background noise is decreased. Once the cassette is digitized, noise filters are used to remove hissing and crackling sounds. The vocal levels of the cassette are elevated to permit a balancing of the audio level on the digitized file format.

Usually, optimizing the audio level causes a reduction in the other noises on tape. When the digitization is complete, the noise filters are put in place. The noise filters eliminate any humming or hissing heard. Then the vocal level can be raised and balanced.
