With the conversion to CD or mp3, the audio will be greatly improved compared to your cassette or record. When the sound of the audio is improved, the other noises are diminished. When digitized, the noise filters applied will reduce any humming or crackling still being heard. Level optimization is used to expand the vocals to balance the complete audio level of the new digital file format.
