CONVERT VHS TAPES TO MP4 FILES
AV Conversion Services will digitize your VHS, Mini DV, Camcorder and Hi 8 video tapes to superior quality MP4 files. These compressed MP4 files can be played or edited on most computers. They can also be imported using most current software programs. This common digital file type can be transferred and transferred to youtube or facebook or even to smart TVs for direct viewing.
After getting your Camcorder, VHS and Hi 8 videos, we'd like to collect information to complete the order to your expectations. We'd mark each tape with a number then convert it into a digitized file. Once complete, we send your files to you on a USB Flash Drive or Hard Drive with the originals. Once you've received them, the drive can be put into your computer and viewed.

CONVERT LPs, CDs or CASSETTE TAPES TO MP3
At AV Conversion Services we can convert your audio cassettes and vinyl records to an mp3, CD disc, or WAV file, preserving and restoring their sound. The sound of the cassette will be improved during the transfer to CD or mp3. When the audio sound is improved, the other noises in the background are decreased. Once the cassette is digitized, noise filters are used to remove hissing and crackling sounds. The vocal levels of the cassette tape are raised to allow a balancing of the audio level on the digital file format.
AV Conversion Services will digitize and convert your mini cassette tapes to CDs. While the tape is being transferred to CD, the audio sound is enhanced. After digitization, noise filters are applied to remove any extra noises like hissing and humming. You can have your special vinyl records or favorite LPs converted to CD discs. Extending the life of your cassettes and records by converting them to CDs will add years to your enjoyment.
AV Conversion Services will change your audio tapes from reel-to-reel to digitized CDs. Your audio recordings will be enhanced during their change to CD. When the audio levels are optimized, the extraneous noises are reduced. Once the digitization occurs, the noise reduction filters are added. The tapes are put through the noise filters to reduce any humming or hissing. Then the volume level can be balanced.

Because the newest commercial machines are used at AV Conversion Services, we can determine where the film weaknesses are. Once we get your film, we have to clean it, then lubricate it with an anti-static solvent. Going through the film, checking for damaged areas, then making repairs that are necessary is next. Using frame by frame scanning produces a transfer that's crystal clear and with no flickering.
After a time colors change on film. With our in-house transfer Film Transfer, we will make corrections in the contrast and brightness. Your new digital film will be analyzed for balance in color.
